Sri Shri Radha Ashtami, or Radhashtami or Radha Jayanti, the birthday of Goddess Radha, is a major
festival celebrated by Lord Krishna devotees. It falls on the eighth day
of the Shukla Paksha in the month of
Bhadrapad.Currently Radha Ashtami falls in the month of August or September in English calendar.Sri Radha Ashtami is also known as Radhashtami and Radha Jayanti.
